Sign in with your Altium Live credentials and find your current subscription plan

 

Another option to find your subscription type is from your company's Workspace. Click on the "Active Server" button in the upper right corner of Altium Designer (to the left of the Avatar portrait icon) after you have logged in to the workspace.
