Solution Details
1. An AltiumLive account user can reset their own password from within the program's license management page.
2. An AltiumLive account user can use the AltiumLive sign in page:
https://live.altium.com/#signin
3. A member of Group Administrators can use their dashboard to reset an AltiumLive user's password by using the Deactivate button, then click the Activate button
