Activating Student On-Demand License

Solution Details

After acquiring the student license, you can activate it via:

Within the Altium Designer, select the portrait icon in the top right (indicated by Not Signed In) and then select Licenses...



This should take you to Licenses Management Page:


From here, select the Sign In option. Sign in with your AltiumLive account associated with the email used when you signed up.

You should now see the Altium Designer License available under the On Demand group. Select the License and then Select Activate at the bottom.



You should now be using an Altium Designer On Demand License indicated by the <Used by Me> under the Used column.
